No No No, Pickles, Pork, and Chicken?

I appreciate a tattoo that is yummy, and you know that. However, there is rarely a time where I see a food related tattoo that I am not sure if it is actually yummy or not! I usualy get tongue in cheek humor, or crazy food combinations, but this is just OUT....OF....CONTROL. This gem of favorite foods was done by the immensely talented Cleen Rock One. Although I am not sure that I understand it at all, I am just left with two emotions, confusion and hunger!
